Afternoon Tea

Yesterday I had afternoon tea at Cafe Gray Deluxe, which is in The Upper House.

High tea & hot chocolate.

So naughty... so worth it.

I'll definitely be going back.

Easter Sunday Brunch

On Easter Sunday M & I went for a special Easter brunch at the Grand Hyatt.

Brunch commences at 11am & ends at 2:30pm, being the organised darling M is we arrived at 10:40am. Those 20 minutes felt like hours.

With no breakfast in our tummies we were extremely excited for lots food & bubbles.

Naturally, we completely over ate & drank. I had 4 servings of dessert.

Who wouldn't when you have free flowing champagne and every delicious entree, main & dessert known at arms reach?

After we ate like it was Christmas lunch, we rolled home.

1 Year in Hong Kong

I cannot believe we made the move to Hong Kong a year ago this Sunday, time has flown.

A lot has happened over the past 12 months...

M proposed, we adopted a gorgeous dog (Harry - who I literally carry around like a baby) & have made some very special friendships...

As much as I love & miss my dear family & friends in Australia...

Hong Kong is home for the moment and I'm extremely excited for the next 12 months.

Koh Samui, Thailand

Last week M & I popped over to Thailand, for an extra long weekend.
It was utter bliss...

I've come home relaxed, freckly & about 2 kilograms heavier.
